Frosty's Snow Removal Refund Policy

At Frosty's Snow Removal, we value our customers and strive to provide reliable and efficient service throughout the winter season. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following refund policy for our seasonal snow removal packages:

Refund Eligibility:

  • Full Refunds: A full refund is available only if a request for contract termination is made before the season begins with applied cancellation fee.

  • Partial Refunds: If a cancellation request is made after the season begins a cancellation fee of $50 will be applied and deducted from the total amount paid. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded accordingly.

Cancellation Fees:

  • Cancellation fees are determined based on the duration of service already provided, administrative costs, and scheduling impacts.

  • These fees will be clearly communicated during the cancellation process.

How to Request a Refund:

To request a contract termination and refund, please contact us in writing via email at info.frostys.snow@gmail.com or through our contact form on our website. Please include your name, service address, and the date you signed your contract.
